Secondhand Sharp MX M6050 on the Gold Coast

If most of what you print is black and white, but plans or schedules sometimes need A3, a mono A3 machine is built for exactly that mix. One to consider is the Sharp MX M6050, an A3 mono photocopier that Sharp rates at 60 pages a minute. You can have it renewed, close to new; refurbished, the grade most customers choose; or used, for the lowest outlay. Whichever it is, the page count comes in writing first.

  • Up to 60 pages a minute on A4
  • Copies, prints and scans, A3 black and white
  • Secondhand: renewed, refurbished, used
  • Replacement warranty with our service agreement

The model itself

Within Sharp's MX M3050 to MX M6050 series, the MX M6050 is the option at 60 pages a minute. Sharp built the same family at other speeds too: MX M3050 (30), MX M3550 (35), MX M4050 (40) and MX M5050 (50), in pages a minute. According to Sharp, it has a scanning speed of 80 images a minute, has room for 650 sheets (or 6,300 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm.

Is it the right fit for your team?

It makes most sense for thirty or more people, or a print room that runs much of the day. The MX M5050, at 50 pages a minute, is the gentler option in the family.

Secondhand grades and how to pay

Secondhand, the MX M6050 comes in whichever grade suits your budget: renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one and give you its page count in writing. Rental or finance terms stretch to 60 months where the machine's age allows, and buying outright is always an option. The price covers delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team.

We only sell machines we can service, so every secondhand MX M6050 we supply can go straight onto a service agreement, with toner, parts and repairs at a set cost per page and a replacement if it fails. Rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST, approval permitting.

Before you commit to a secondhand one

  • The page count. Ask for it in writing; we give it before you sign. Pages printed tell you more about wear than the year a machine was made.
  • The options on it. Find out what is attached, such as a stapling finisher, more paper drawers or a high capacity feeder. Each one changes the jobs it suits and the figure you pay.
  • Who looks after it. A machine nobody can repair is no bargain, however little it costs. We only sell what we can service ourselves, everywhere we deliver.
  • The running cost. Have the black and white and colour page rates put in writing, along with what each rate includes.

Replacement warranty

A machine that fails is replaced. Through to the final month.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.

The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.

Asked often

What buyers want to know: Sharp MX M6050

Is there a way to judge the wear on a secondhand MX M6050?

Yes: the page count. We put it in writing before you commit, and it is a truer guide to wear than age alone.

How do I decide between the MX M6050 and the MX M5050?

Both come from the same family. The MX M6050 prints 60 pages a minute, while the MX M5050 prints 50, so the real question is how many people will share the machine. Give us that number and we will point you to one.

Is rental an option on the MX M6050?

Usually, yes, subject to approval, for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months. Weekly rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST; the machine is serviced throughout. Rental is not hire, so there is no short booking to arrange. Ask about this model and we will put the figures in writing for you.
