When colour is not needed but A3 is, a mono copier that also prints and scans is the practical choice. Ricoh's IM 6000 fits that brief: an A3 mono photocopier with an A4 speed of 60 pages a minute. We supply it secondhand in three grades, renewed, refurbished and used, and every unit is checked with its page count put in writing for you.
Maker's own photoWithin Ricoh's IM 2500 to 6000 range, the IM 6000 is the option at 60 pages a minute. Sister models and their A4 speeds: IM 2500 (25), IM 3000 (30), IM 3500 (35), IM 4000 (40) and IM 5000 (50). From the maker's own figures, it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 120 images a minute, has room for 1,200 sheets (or 4,700 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm. Ricoh has since brought out the IM 6010 to replace it.
IM 6000, 60 pages a minute in black and white: checked, graded and looked after by us.
As published by the maker. Each one is checked over, and you see its page count before you commit.
It makes most sense for thirty or more people, or a print room that runs much of the day. If your team prints less, compare it with the IM 5000, which manages 50 pages a minute.
A secondhand IM 6000 comes in one of three grades. Renewed is the top grade, with more parts replaced so it looks and runs close to new, and it costs more than refurbished. Refurbished, the most popular, is cleaned, serviced and tested, with its worn parts replaced. Used is checked and working with less work done, for the lowest outlay. Rental, a lease or finance can run for as long as 60 months if the machine's age allows, or you can buy outright. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team are in the price.
Bought outright without a service agreement, its warranty depends on the machine, and we tell you in writing what it is before the sale. With a service agreement, it is replaced if it fails, for the whole term. The lowest weekly rental, from $15 a week plus GST, is for selected machines, subject to approval.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Keen on the Ricoh IM 6000?
Tell us a little about your business. The reply, in writing, says if one is on hand, how many pages it has printed and what it costs. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
No. Its replacement from Ricoh is the IM 6010, so secondhand is now the way to get one, and every one we sell, we can service.
Every machine is different, so you get its exact page count in writing before you buy. That number says far more about wear than the year it was built.
It comes down to your workload. At 60 pages a minute against 50, the two suit different team sizes; send a headcount and a rough monthly page count and we will recommend the better fit.
Yes, subject to approval. Rental is one regular payment under a business agreement running for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months, and at the end you upgrade to a newer machine or hand it back. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST.
