When colour is not needed but A3 is, a mono copier that also prints and scans is the practical choice. The Ricoh IM 3000 is one such machine: an A3 mono photocopier putting out 30 pages a minute. We supply it secondhand in three grades, renewed, refurbished and used, and every unit is checked with its page count put in writing for you.
Maker's own photoWithin Ricoh's IM 2500 to 6000 range, the IM 3000 is the option at 30 pages a minute. Sister models and their A4 speeds: IM 2500 (25), IM 3500 (35), IM 4000 (40), IM 5000 (50) and IM 6000 (60). From the maker's own figures, it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 120 images a minute, has room for 1,200 sheets (or 4,700 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm.
IM 3000, 30 pages a minute in black and white: checked, graded and looked after by us.
As published by the maker. Each one is checked over, and you see its page count before you commit.
Secondhand, the IM 3000 comes in whichever grade suits your budget: renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one and give you its page count in writing. Rental or finance terms stretch to 60 months where the machine's age allows, and buying outright is always an option. The price covers delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team.
We only sell machines we can service, so every secondhand IM 3000 we supply can go straight onto a service agreement, with toner, parts and repairs at a set cost per page and a replacement if it fails. Rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST, approval permitting.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Tell us a little about your business. The reply, in writing, says if one is on hand, how many pages it has printed and what it costs. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Every machine is different, so you get its exact page count in writing before you buy. That number says far more about wear than the year it was built.
It comes down to your workload. At 30 pages a minute against 35, the two suit different team sizes; send a headcount and a rough monthly page count and we will recommend the better fit.
Yes, subject to approval. Rental is one regular payment under a business agreement running for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months, and at the end you upgrade to a newer machine or hand it back. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST.
Questions about a machine, a quote or the agreement you are on now, answered by someone with decades in the trade. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
