The right size of business

Its natural home: a business with a handful of staff, five or fewer. Expecting more staff? The same family's imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3530i III lifts the speed to 30 pages a minute. The imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3520i III, at 20 pages a minute, is the gentler option in the family.

How we supply it secondhand

Choose a renewed imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3525i III if you want one that runs close to new, refurbished for the balance most customers pick, or used to keep the outlay down. Every unit is checked first, with the page count in writing. Pay outright, or rent, lease or finance it over a term that can reach 60 months on a younger machine. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team come with it, wherever you are on the Coast.

Bought outright without a service agreement, its warranty depends on the machine, and we tell you in writing what it is before the sale. With a service agreement, it is replaced if it fails, for the whole term. The lowest weekly rental, from $15 a week plus GST, is for selected machines, subject to approval.

Four things to ask about a secondhand machine

The page count. Ask for it in writing; we give it before you sign. Pages printed tell you more about wear than the year a machine was made.
The options on it. Find out what is attached, such as a stapling finisher, more paper drawers or a high capacity feeder. Each one changes the jobs it suits and the figure you pay.
Who looks after it. A machine nobody can repair is no bargain, however little it costs. We only sell what we can service ourselves, everywhere we deliver.
The running cost. Have the black and white and colour page rates put in writing, along with what each rate includes.

Replacement warranty

A machine that fails is replaced. Through to the final month.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.

The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.

Asked often

Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3525i III: questions and answers

Is a new imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3525i III still available?

No. Its replacement from Canon is the imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C3700 series, so secondhand is now the way to get one, and every one we sell, we can service.

How many pages will a secondhand imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3525i III have done?

Every machine is different, so you get its exact page count in writing before you buy. That number says far more about wear than the year it was built.

Is the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3530i III a better choice than the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3525i III?

It comes down to your workload. At 25 pages a minute against 30, the two suit different team sizes; send a headcount and a rough monthly page count and we will recommend the better fit.

Can my business rent the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3525i III?

Yes, subject to approval. Rental is one regular payment under a business agreement running for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months, and at the end you upgrade to a newer machine or hand it back. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST.
