For a team that copies, prints and scans in colour, and sometimes reaches for A3, here is a machine worth weighing up. The Lexmark CX931dse is one such machine: an A3 colour photocopier putting out 35 pages a minute. You can have it renewed, close to new; refurbished, the grade most customers choose; or used, for the lowest outlay. Whichever it is, the page count comes in writing first.
Maker's own photoOf the speeds in Lexmark's CX93x series, the CX931dse (a 2022 model) is the one that does 35 pages a minute. The only other model in that family is the CX930dse, rated 25 pages a minute. From the maker's own figures, it has a scanning speed of 55 images a minute, has room for 620 sheets (or 5,140 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 256 gsm.
CX931dse, 35 pages a minute in colour: checked, graded and looked after by us.
As published by the maker. Each one is checked over, and you see its page count before you commit.
As a rough guide, it is sized for an office of somewhere between five and fifteen staff. Plan on no more than 20,000 pages a month, which is the volume Lexmark recommends. If your team prints less, compare it with the CX930dse, which manages 25 pages a minute.
Secondhand, the CX931dse comes in whichever grade suits your budget: renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one and give you its page count in writing. Rental or finance terms stretch to 60 months where the machine's age allows, and buying outright is always an option. The price covers delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team.
A secondhand machine on our service agreement has the same replacement warranty as a new one: if it fails, we replace it, for the full term. Approved rentals on the selected machines that qualify are priced from $15 a week plus GST.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Yes: the page count. We put it in writing before you commit, and it is a truer guide to wear than age alone.
Lexmark recommends keeping it within 20,000 pages a month; the rated ceiling is 150,000 in a single month.
Both come from the same family. The CX931dse prints 35 pages a minute, while the CX930dse prints 25, so the real question is how many people will share the machine. Give us that number and we will point you to one.
Usually, yes, subject to approval, for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months. Weekly rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST; the machine is serviced throughout. Rental is not hire, so there is no short booking to arrange. Ask about this model and we will put the figures in writing for you.
