If your business prints colour on A3 as well as A4, and scans every day, this is the class of machine to look at. Konica Minolta's bizhub C258 fits that brief: an A3 colour photocopier with an A4 speed of 25 pages a minute. Secondhand, it comes renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one, and you have its page count in writing before you sign.
Maker's own photoKonica Minolta placed the bizhub C258 in its bizhub C258 to C368 range, as the model that prints 25 pages a minute. Its stablemates, each with its pages a minute: bizhub C308 (30) and bizhub C368 (36). From the maker's own figures, it needs the optional single pass document feeder to scan at its top speed of 80 images a minute, has room for 1,150 sheets (or 6,650 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm. The model that came after it is the bizhub C250i.
A3 colour from Konica Minolta at 25 pages a minute, renewed, refurbished or used.
As published by the maker. Each one is checked over, and you see its page count before you commit.
It makes most sense for a business with a handful of staff, five or fewer. Plan on no more than 13,000 pages a month, which is the volume Konica Minolta recommends. For more people on the one machine, look at the bizhub C308, the next step up at 30 pages a minute.
Secondhand, the bizhub C258 comes in whichever grade suits your budget: renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one and give you its page count in writing. Rental or finance terms stretch to 60 months where the machine's age allows, and buying outright is always an option. The price covers delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team.
We only sell machines we can service, so every secondhand bizhub C258 we supply can go straight onto a service agreement, with toner, parts and repairs at a set cost per page and a replacement if it fails. Rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST, approval permitting.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Tell us a little about your business. The reply, in writing, says if one is on hand, how many pages it has printed and what it costs. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
No. Its replacement from Konica Minolta is the bizhub C250i, so secondhand is now the way to get one, and every one we sell, we can service.
Every machine is different, so you get its exact page count in writing before you buy. That number says far more about wear than the year it was built.
Konica Minolta recommends keeping it within 13,000 pages a month; the rated ceiling is 80,000 in a single month.
Both come from the same family. The bizhub C258 prints 25 pages a minute, while the bizhub C308 prints 30, so the real question is how many people will share the machine. Give us that number and we will point you to one.
