When colour is not needed but A3 is, a mono copier that also prints and scans is the practical choice. Canon's imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4545i II fits that brief: an A3 mono photocopier with an A4 speed of 45 pages a minute. We supply it secondhand in three grades, renewed, refurbished and used, and every unit is checked with its page count put in writing for you.
Maker's own photoWithin Canon's imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4500 II series, the imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4545i II is the option at 45 pages a minute. Canon built the same family at other speeds too: imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4525i II (25), imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4535i II (35) and imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4551i II (51), in pages a minute. From the maker's own figures, it has a scanning speed of 80 images a minute and has room for 1,185 sheets (or 6,335 with extra paper options).
A3 black and white from Canon at 45 pages a minute, renewed, refurbished or used.

Its natural home: a workplace where fifteen to thirty people share one machine. Expecting more staff? The same family's imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4551i II lifts the speed to 51 pages a minute. The imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4535i II, at 35 pages a minute, is the gentler option in the family.
A secondhand imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4545i II comes in one of three grades. Renewed is the top grade, with more parts replaced so it looks and runs close to new, and it costs more than refurbished. Refurbished, the most popular, is cleaned, serviced and tested, with its worn parts replaced. Used is checked and working with less work done, for the lowest outlay. Rental, a lease or finance can run for as long as 60 months if the machine's age allows, or you can buy outright. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team are in the price.
We only sell machines we can service, so every secondhand imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4545i II we supply can go straight onto a service agreement, with toner, parts and repairs at a set cost per page and a replacement if it fails. Rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST, approval permitting.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Tell us a little about your business. The reply, in writing, says if one is on hand, how many pages it has printed and what it costs. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Every machine is different, so you get its exact page count in writing before you buy. That number says far more about wear than the year it was built.
Both come from the same family. The imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4545i II prints 45 pages a minute, while the imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4551i II prints 51, so the real question is how many people will share the machine. Give us that number and we will point you to one.
Yes, subject to approval. Rental is one regular payment under a business agreement running for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months, and at the end you upgrade to a newer machine or hand it back. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST.
