Think of the agency printing A3 property brochures, or the builder printing plans in colour: that is the work this machine is for. The Konica Minolta bizhub C658 is one such machine: an A3 colour photocopier putting out 65 pages a minute. Secondhand, it comes renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one, and you have its page count in writing before you sign.
Maker's own photoKonica Minolta placed the bizhub C658 in its bizhub C458 to C658 range, as the model that prints 65 pages a minute. Sister models and their A4 speeds: bizhub C458 (45) and bizhub C558 (55). From the maker's own figures, it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 120 images a minute, has room for 1,150 sheets (or 6,650 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm. The model that came after it is the bizhub C650i.
A3 colour from Konica Minolta at 65 pages a minute, renewed, refurbished or used.
As published by the maker. Each one is checked over, and you see its page count before you commit.
It makes most sense for thirty or more people, or a print room that runs much of the day. Plan on no more than 33,000 pages a month, which is the volume Konica Minolta recommends. For a quieter office, the bizhub C558 runs at 55.
Secondhand, the bizhub C658 comes in whichever grade suits your budget: renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one and give you its page count in writing. Rental or finance terms stretch to 60 months where the machine's age allows, and buying outright is always an option. The price covers delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team.
A secondhand machine on our service agreement has the same replacement warranty as a new one: if it fails, we replace it, for the full term. Approved rentals on the selected machines that qualify are priced from $15 a week plus GST.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Keen on the Konica Minolta bizhub C658?
Tell us a little about your business. The reply, in writing, says if one is on hand, how many pages it has printed and what it costs. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Not any more: the bizhub C650i took over in Konica Minolta's range. A secondhand one from us is checked, graded and serviced by our own team.
Yes: the page count. We put it in writing before you commit, and it is a truer guide to wear than age alone.
Konica Minolta recommends keeping it within 33,000 pages a month; the rated ceiling is 200,000 in a single month.
Both come from the same family. The bizhub C658 prints 65 pages a minute, while the bizhub C558 prints 55, so the real question is how many people will share the machine. Give us that number and we will point you to one.
