Trades and construction offices printing plans, rosters and forms in black and white, sometimes on A3, are the businesses this kind of machine is made for. One to consider is the Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX 4751i, an A3 mono photocopier that Canon rates at 51 pages a minute. You can have it renewed, close to new; refurbished, the grade most customers choose; or used, for the lowest outlay. Whichever it is, the page count comes in writing first.
Maker's own photoWithin Canon's imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX 4700 series, the imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX 4751i (a 2020 model) is the option at 51 pages a minute. Its natural home: thirty or more people, or a print room that runs much of the day. The imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX 4745i, at 45 pages a minute, is the gentler option in the family.
Secondhand, the imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX 4751i comes in whichever grade suits your budget: renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one and give you its page count in writing. Rental or finance terms stretch to 60 months where the machine's age allows, and buying outright is always an option. The price covers delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team.
A secondhand machine on our service agreement has the same replacement warranty as a new one: if it fails, we replace it, for the full term. Approved rentals on the selected machines that qualify are priced from $15 a week plus GST.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Every machine is different, so you get its exact page count in writing before you buy. That number says far more about wear than the year it was built.
