The right size of business

It makes most sense for a business with a handful of staff, five or fewer. Expecting more staff? The same family's imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX 4735i lifts the speed to 35 pages a minute.

Secondhand grades and how to pay

Secondhand, the imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX 4725i comes in whichever grade suits your budget: renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one and give you its page count in writing. Rental or finance terms stretch to 60 months where the machine's age allows, and buying outright is always an option. The price covers delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team.

A secondhand machine on our service agreement has the same replacement warranty as a new one: if it fails, we replace it, for the full term. Approved rentals on the selected machines that qualify are priced from $15 a week plus GST.

Before you commit to a secondhand one

  • The page count. Ask for it in writing; we give it before you sign. Pages printed tell you more about wear than the year a machine was made.
  • The options on it. Find out what is attached, such as a stapling finisher, more paper drawers or a high capacity feeder. Each one changes the jobs it suits and the figure you pay.
  • Who looks after it. A machine nobody can repair is no bargain, however little it costs. We only sell what we can service ourselves, everywhere we deliver.
  • The running cost. Have the black and white and colour page rates put in writing, along with what each rate includes.

Replacement warranty

A machine that fails is replaced. Through to the final month.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.

The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.

Asked often

What buyers want to know: Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX 4725i

How many pages will a secondhand imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX 4725i have done?

Every machine is different, so you get its exact page count in writing before you buy. That number says far more about wear than the year it was built.

Is the imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX 4735i a better choice than the imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX 4725i?

It comes down to your workload. At 25 pages a minute against 35, the two suit different team sizes; send a headcount and a rough monthly page count and we will recommend the better fit.

Can my business rent the imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX 4725i?

Yes, subject to approval. Rental is one regular payment under a business agreement running for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months, and at the end you upgrade to a newer machine or hand it back. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST.
