When colour is not needed but A3 is, a mono copier that also prints and scans is the practical choice. The Toshiba e STUDIO 2508A is one such machine: an A3 mono photocopier putting out 25 pages a minute. Secondhand, it comes renewed, refurbished or used. Within Toshiba's e STUDIO 5008A series, the e STUDIO 2508A (released 2016) is the option at 25 pages a minute. Its stablemates, each with its pages a minute: e STUDIO 3508A (35) and e STUDIO 4508A (45). According to Toshiba, it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 240 images a minute, has room for 1,200 sheets (or 3,200 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 256 gsm.

A secondhand e STUDIO 2508A comes in one of three grades. Renewed is the top grade, with more parts replaced so it looks and runs close to new, and it costs more than refurbished. Refurbished, the most popular, is cleaned, serviced and tested, with its worn parts replaced. Used is checked and working with less work done, for the lowest outlay. Rental, a lease or finance can run for as long as 60 months if the machine's age allows, or you can buy outright. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team are in the price.
Bought outright without a service agreement, its warranty depends on the machine, and we tell you in writing what it is before the sale. With a service agreement, it is replaced if it fails, for the whole term. The lowest weekly rental, from $15 a week plus GST, is for selected machines, subject to approval.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
