If your business prints colour on A3 as well as A4, and scans every day, this is the class of machine to look at. One to consider is the Fuji Xerox ApeosPort C5570, an A3 colour photocopier that Fuji Xerox rates at 55 pages a minute. You can have it renewed, close to new; refurbished, the grade most customers choose; or used, for the lowest outlay. Whichever it is, the page count comes in writing first.
Maker's own photoOf the speeds in Fuji Xerox's ApeosPort C3070 to C7070 series, the ApeosPort C5570 is the one that does 55 pages a minute. Fuji Xerox made one sister model, the ApeosPort C3570, at 35 pages a minute. According to Fuji Xerox, it has a scanning speed of 80 images a minute, has room for 2,170 sheets (or 4,320 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm.
ApeosPort C5570, 55 pages a minute in colour: checked, graded and looked after by us.
As published by the maker. Each one is checked over, and you see its page count before you commit.
It makes most sense for thirty or more people, or a print room that runs much of the day. For a quieter office, the ApeosPort C3570 runs at 35.
Secondhand, the ApeosPort C5570 comes in whichever grade suits your budget: renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one and give you its page count in writing. Rental or finance terms stretch to 60 months where the machine's age allows, and buying outright is always an option. The price covers delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team.
We only sell machines we can service, so every secondhand ApeosPort C5570 we supply can go straight onto a service agreement, with toner, parts and repairs at a set cost per page and a replacement if it fails. Rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST, approval permitting.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Tell us a little about your business. The reply, in writing, says if one is on hand, how many pages it has printed and what it costs. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Yes: the page count. We put it in writing before you commit, and it is a truer guide to wear than age alone.
Both come from the same family. The ApeosPort C5570 prints 55 pages a minute, while the ApeosPort C3570 prints 35, so the real question is how many people will share the machine. Give us that number and we will point you to one.
Usually, yes, subject to approval, for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months. Weekly rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST; the machine is serviced throughout. Rental is not hire, so there is no short booking to arrange. Ask about this model and we will put the figures in writing for you.
