For a team that copies, prints and scans in colour, and sometimes reaches for A3, here is a machine worth weighing up. One to consider is the Lexmark CX953se, an A3 colour photocopier that Lexmark rates at 55 pages a minute. We supply it new anywhere on the Coast, and delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team are part of the price.
Maker's own photoWithin Lexmark's CX95x series, the CX953se (released 2026) is the option at 55 pages a minute. Sister models and their A4 speeds: CX950se (25), CX951se (35) and CX952se (45). From the maker's own figures, it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 100 images a minute, has room for 700 sheets (or 4,750 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm. As a current model in this country, it can be ordered new.
CX953se, 55 pages a minute in colour: ordered new and set up on site.
As published by the maker. It comes new, delivered, installed and set up for you.
As a rough guide, it is sized for thirty or more people, or a print room that runs much of the day. Lexmark's recommended monthly volume is up to 50,000 pages. If your team prints less, compare it with the CX952se, which manages 45 pages a minute.
Ordered new, the CX953se reaches your business with the maker's warranty and with delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team already in the price. Most machines are installed within about a week of signing; if this one has to be ordered in, you hear the timing before you sign.
Most of our customers rent: a business agreement running three to five years, with one regular payment, the machine serviced throughout, and the choice at the end to upgrade or hand it back. The lowest rental, from $15 a week plus GST, applies to selected machines; finance is subject to approval. A lease or other finance can be arranged, or you can buy outright.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.

Lexmark recommends keeping it within 50,000 pages a month; the rated ceiling is 270,000 in a single month.
It comes down to your workload. At 55 pages a minute against 45, the two suit different team sizes; send a headcount and a rough monthly page count and we will recommend the better fit.
