Think of the agency printing A3 property brochures, or the builder printing plans in colour: that is the work this machine is for. The Ricoh MP C3504 is one such machine: an A3 colour photocopier putting out 35 pages a minute. We supply it secondhand in three grades, renewed, refurbished and used, and every unit is checked with its page count put in writing for you.
Maker's own photoRicoh placed the MP C3504 in its MP C3004 to C3504 range, as the model that prints 35 pages a minute. Ricoh made one sister model, the MP C3004, at 30 pages a minute. Useful to know: it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 110 images a minute, has room for 1,200 sheets (or 4,700 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm. The model that came after it is the IM C3500.
An A3 colour photocopier for Gold Coast workplaces, at 35 pages a minute, in three secondhand grades.
As published by the maker. Each one is checked over, and you see its page count before you commit.
Its natural home: an office of somewhere between five and fifteen staff. For a quieter office, the MP C3004 runs at 30.
Choose a renewed MP C3504 if you want one that runs close to new, refurbished for the balance most customers pick, or used to keep the outlay down. Every unit is checked first, with the page count in writing. Pay outright, or rent, lease or finance it over a term that can reach 60 months on a younger machine. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team come with it, wherever you are on the Coast.
A secondhand machine on our service agreement has the same replacement warranty as a new one: if it fails, we replace it, for the full term. Approved rentals on the selected machines that qualify are priced from $15 a week plus GST.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Tell us a little about your business. The reply, in writing, says if one is on hand, how many pages it has printed and what it costs. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
No. Its replacement from Ricoh is the IM C3500, so secondhand is now the way to get one, and every one we sell, we can service.
Every machine is different, so you get its exact page count in writing before you buy. That number says far more about wear than the year it was built.
Both come from the same family. The MP C3504 prints 35 pages a minute, while the MP C3004 prints 30, so the real question is how many people will share the machine. Give us that number and we will point you to one.
Yes, subject to approval. Rental is one regular payment under a business agreement running for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months, and at the end you upgrade to a newer machine or hand it back. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST.
Questions about a machine, a quote or the agreement you are on now, answered by someone with decades in the trade. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
