If most of what you print is black and white, but plans or schedules sometimes need A3, a mono A3 machine is built for exactly that mix. Kyocera's ECOSYS M4132idn fits that brief: an A3 mono photocopier with an A4 speed of 32 pages a minute. Secondhand, it comes renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one, and you have its page count in writing before you sign.
Maker's own photoOf the speeds in Kyocera's ECOSYS M4100 series, the ECOSYS M4132idn is the one that does 32 pages a minute. Kyocera made one sister model, the ECOSYS M4125idn, at 25 pages a minute. According to Kyocera, it has a scanning speed of 50 images a minute, has room for 600 sheets (or 1,600 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 256 gsm. In Kyocera's range it has given way to the ECOSYS MZ3201ix.
An A3 mono photocopier for Gold Coast workplaces, at 32 pages a minute, in three secondhand grades.
As published by the maker. Each one is checked over, and you see its page count before you commit.
It makes most sense for an office of somewhere between five and fifteen staff. For a quieter office, the ECOSYS M4125idn runs at 25.
Choose a renewed ECOSYS M4132idn if you want one that runs close to new, refurbished for the balance most customers pick, or used to keep the outlay down. Every unit is checked first, with the page count in writing. Pay outright, or rent, lease or finance it over a term that can reach 60 months on a younger machine. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team come with it, wherever you are on the Coast.
Bought outright without a service agreement, its warranty depends on the machine, and we tell you in writing what it is before the sale. With a service agreement, it is replaced if it fails, for the whole term. The lowest weekly rental, from $15 a week plus GST, is for selected machines, subject to approval.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Keen on the Kyocera ECOSYS M4132idn?
Tell us a little about your business. The reply, in writing, says if one is on hand, how many pages it has printed and what it costs. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Not any more: the ECOSYS MZ3201ix took over in Kyocera's range. A secondhand one from us is checked, graded and serviced by our own team.
Yes: the page count. We put it in writing before you commit, and it is a truer guide to wear than age alone.
Both come from the same family. The ECOSYS M4132idn prints 32 pages a minute, while the ECOSYS M4125idn prints 25, so the real question is how many people will share the machine. Give us that number and we will point you to one.
Usually, yes, subject to approval, for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months. Weekly rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST; the machine is serviced throughout. Rental is not hire, so there is no short booking to arrange. Ask about this model and we will put the figures in writing for you.
