For a team that copies, prints and scans in colour, and sometimes reaches for A3, here is a machine worth weighing up. Canon's imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3525i II fits that brief: an A3 colour photocopier with an A4 speed of 25 pages a minute. We supply it secondhand in three grades, renewed, refurbished and used, and every unit is checked with its page count put in writing for you.
Within Canon's imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3500 II series, the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3525i II is the option at 25 pages a minute. Its stablemates, each with its pages a minute: imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3520i II (20) and imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3530i II (30). According to Canon, it has a scanning speed of 80 images a minute, has room for 1,200 sheets (or 2,300 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm.

It makes most sense for a business with a handful of staff, five or fewer. Expecting more staff? The same family's imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3530i II lifts the speed to 30 pages a minute. The imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3520i II, at 20 pages a minute, is the gentler option in the family.
Choose a renewed imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3525i II if you want one that runs close to new, refurbished for the balance most customers pick, or used to keep the outlay down. Every unit is checked first, with the page count in writing. Pay outright, or rent, lease or finance it over a term that can reach 60 months on a younger machine. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team come with it, wherever you are on the Coast.
A secondhand machine on our service agreement has the same replacement warranty as a new one: if it fails, we replace it, for the full term. Approved rentals on the selected machines that qualify are priced from $15 a week plus GST.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Tell us a little about your business. The reply, in writing, says if one is on hand, how many pages it has printed and what it costs. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Every machine is different, so you get its exact page count in writing before you buy. That number says far more about wear than the year it was built.
It comes down to your workload. At 25 pages a minute against 30, the two suit different team sizes; send a headcount and a rough monthly page count and we will recommend the better fit.
Yes, subject to approval. Rental is one regular payment under a business agreement running for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months, and at the end you upgrade to a newer machine or hand it back. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST.
