If most of what you print is black and white, but plans or schedules sometimes need A3, a mono A3 machine is built for exactly that mix. The Kyocera TASKalfa 9003i is one such machine: an A3 mono photocopier putting out 90 pages a minute. You can have it renewed, close to new; refurbished, the grade most customers choose; or used, for the lowest outlay. Whichever it is, the page count comes in writing first.

Kyocera built the same family at other speeds too: TASKalfa 7003i (70) and TASKalfa 8003i (80), in pages a minute. Useful to know: it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 120 images a minute, has room for 4,150 sheets (or 7,650 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm.

As a rough guide, it is sized for thirty or more people, or a print room that runs much of the day. If your team prints less, compare it with the TASKalfa 8003i, which manages 80 pages a minute.
A secondhand TASKalfa 9003i comes in one of three grades. Renewed is the top grade, with more parts replaced so it looks and runs close to new, and it costs more than refurbished. Refurbished, the most popular, is cleaned, serviced and tested, with its worn parts replaced. Used is checked and working with less work done, for the lowest outlay. Rental, a lease or finance can run for as long as 60 months if the machine's age allows, or you can buy outright. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team are in the price.
Bought outright without a service agreement, its warranty depends on the machine, and we tell you in writing what it is before the sale. With a service agreement, it is replaced if it fails, for the whole term. The lowest weekly rental, from $15 a week plus GST, is for selected machines, subject to approval.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
