If most of what you print is black and white, but plans or schedules sometimes need A3, a mono A3 machine is built for exactly that mix. One to consider is the Kyocera TASKalfa 7003i, an A3 mono photocopier that Kyocera rates at 70 pages a minute. You can have it renewed, close to new; refurbished, the grade most customers choose; or used, for the lowest outlay. Whichever it is, the page count comes in writing first.
Maker's own photoWithin Kyocera's TASKalfa 9003i series, the TASKalfa 7003i is the option at 70 pages a minute. Kyocera built the same family at other speeds too: TASKalfa 8003i (80) and TASKalfa 9003i (90), in pages a minute. From the maker's own figures, it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 120 images a minute, has room for 4,150 sheets (or 7,650 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm.
TASKalfa 7003i, 70 pages a minute in black and white: checked, graded and looked after by us.
As published by the maker. Each one is checked over, and you see its page count before you commit.
Its natural home: thirty or more people, or a print room that runs much of the day. If the business is growing, the TASKalfa 8003i gives you 80 pages a minute in the same family.
A secondhand TASKalfa 7003i comes in one of three grades. Renewed is the top grade, with more parts replaced so it looks and runs close to new, and it costs more than refurbished. Refurbished, the most popular, is cleaned, serviced and tested, with its worn parts replaced. Used is checked and working with less work done, for the lowest outlay. Rental, a lease or finance can run for as long as 60 months if the machine's age allows, or you can buy outright. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team are in the price.
We only sell machines we can service, so every secondhand TASKalfa 7003i we supply can go straight onto a service agreement, with toner, parts and repairs at a set cost per page and a replacement if it fails. Rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST, approval permitting.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Tell us a little about your business. The reply, in writing, says if one is on hand, how many pages it has printed and what it costs. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Yes: the page count. We put it in writing before you commit, and it is a truer guide to wear than age alone.
It comes down to your workload. At 70 pages a minute against 80, the two suit different team sizes; send a headcount and a rough monthly page count and we will recommend the better fit.
Usually, yes, subject to approval, for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months. Weekly rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST; the machine is serviced throughout. Rental is not hire, so there is no short booking to arrange. Ask about this model and we will put the figures in writing for you.
