Its stablemates, each with its pages a minute: TASKalfa 7003i (70) and TASKalfa 9003i (90). From the maker's own figures, it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 120 images a minute, has room for 4,150 sheets (or 7,650 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm.

It makes most sense for thirty or more people, or a print room that runs much of the day. If the business is growing, the TASKalfa 9003i gives you 90 pages a minute in the same family. For a quieter office, the TASKalfa 7003i runs at 70.
Secondhand, the TASKalfa 8003i comes in whichever grade suits your budget: renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one and give you its page count in writing. Rental or finance terms stretch to 60 months where the machine's age allows, and buying outright is always an option. The price covers delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team.
A secondhand machine on our service agreement has the same replacement warranty as a new one: if it fails, we replace it, for the full term. Approved rentals on the selected machines that qualify are priced from $15 a week plus GST.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Every machine is different, so you get its exact page count in writing before you buy. That number says far more about wear than the year it was built.
It comes down to your workload. At 80 pages a minute against 90, the two suit different team sizes; send a headcount and a rough monthly page count and we will recommend the better fit.
