Secondhand Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5535i II on the Gold Coast

In plain terms

Of the speeds in Canon's imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5500 II series, the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5535i II is the one that does 35 pages a minute. Canon built the same family at other speeds too: imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5540i II (40), imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5550i II (50) and imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5560i II (60), in pages a minute. According to Canon, it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 80 images a minute, has room for 1,200 sheets (or 6,350 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm.

Is it the right fit for your team?

As a rough guide, it is sized for an office of somewhere between five and fifteen staff. If the business is growing, the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5540i II gives you 40 pages a minute in the same family.

Picking a grade, then a way to pay

Secondhand, the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5535i II comes in whichever grade suits your budget: renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one and give you its page count in writing. Rental or finance terms stretch to 60 months where the machine's age allows, and buying outright is always an option. The price covers delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team.

We only sell machines we can service, so every secondhand imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5535i II we supply can go straight onto a service agreement, with toner, parts and repairs at a set cost per page and a replacement if it fails. Rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST, approval permitting.

Before you commit to a secondhand one

• The page count. Ask for it in writing; we give it before you sign. Pages printed tell you more about wear than the year a machine was made.
• The options on it. Find out what is attached, such as a stapling finisher, more paper drawers or a high capacity feeder. Each one changes the jobs it suits and the figure you pay.
• Who looks after it. A machine nobody can repair is no bargain, however little it costs. We only sell what we can service ourselves, everywhere we deliver.
• The running cost. Have the black and white and colour page rates put in writing, along with what each rate includes.
