If your business prints colour on A3 as well as A4, and scans every day, this is the class of machine to look at. One to consider is the Konica Minolta bizhub C551i, an A3 colour photocopier that Konica Minolta rates at 55 pages a minute. We supply it secondhand in three grades, renewed, refurbished and used, and every unit is checked with its page count put in writing for you.
Maker's own photoKonica Minolta placed the bizhub C551i in its bizhub C451i to C751i range, as the model that prints 55 pages a minute. Sister models and their A4 speeds: bizhub C451i (45) and bizhub C651i (65). Useful to know: it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 140 images a minute, has room for 1,150 sheets (or 6,650 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm.
A3 colour from Konica Minolta at 55 pages a minute, renewed, refurbished or used.
As published by the maker. Each one is checked over, and you see its page count before you commit.
Its natural home: thirty or more people, or a print room that runs much of the day. Konica Minolta's recommended monthly volume is up to 50,000 pages. If the business is growing, the bizhub C651i gives you 65 pages a minute in the same family. If your team prints less, compare it with the bizhub C451i, which manages 45 pages a minute.
A secondhand bizhub C551i comes in one of three grades. Renewed is the top grade, with more parts replaced so it looks and runs close to new, and it costs more than refurbished. Refurbished, the most popular, is cleaned, serviced and tested, with its worn parts replaced. Used is checked and working with less work done, for the lowest outlay. Rental, a lease or finance can run for as long as 60 months if the machine's age allows, or you can buy outright. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team are in the price.
A secondhand machine on our service agreement has the same replacement warranty as a new one: if it fails, we replace it, for the full term. Approved rentals on the selected machines that qualify are priced from $15 a week plus GST.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Tell us a little about your business. The reply, in writing, says if one is on hand, how many pages it has printed and what it costs. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Yes: the page count. We put it in writing before you commit, and it is a truer guide to wear than age alone.
Konica Minolta recommends keeping it within 50,000 pages a month; the rated ceiling is 200,000 in a single month.
Both come from the same family. The bizhub C551i prints 55 pages a minute, while the bizhub C651i prints 65, so the real question is how many people will share the machine. Give us that number and we will point you to one.
Usually, yes, subject to approval, for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months. Weekly rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST; the machine is serviced throughout. Rental is not hire, so there is no short booking to arrange. Ask about this model and we will put the figures in writing for you.
