If your business prints colour on A3 as well as A4, and scans every day, this is the class of machine to look at. The Fujifilm Apeos C3570 is one such machine: an A3 colour photocopier putting out 35 pages a minute. Secondhand, it comes renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one, and you have its page count in writing before you sign.
Maker's own photoOf the speeds in Fujifilm's Apeos C3070 to C7070 series, the Apeos C3570 is the one that does 35 pages a minute. Its stablemates, each with its pages a minute: Apeos C4570 (45), Apeos C5570 (55), Apeos C6570 (65) and Apeos C7070 (70). Useful to know: it has a scanning speed of 80 images a minute and copes with card stock to 300 gsm.
A3 colour from Fujifilm at 35 pages a minute, renewed, refurbished or used.
As published by the maker. Each one is checked over, and you see its page count before you commit.
Its natural home: an office of somewhere between five and fifteen staff. For more people on the one machine, look at the Apeos C4570, the next step up at 45 pages a minute.
A secondhand Apeos C3570 comes in one of three grades. Renewed is the top grade, with more parts replaced so it looks and runs close to new, and it costs more than refurbished. Refurbished, the most popular, is cleaned, serviced and tested, with its worn parts replaced. Used is checked and working with less work done, for the lowest outlay. Rental, a lease or finance can run for as long as 60 months if the machine's age allows, or you can buy outright. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team are in the price.
A secondhand machine on our service agreement has the same replacement warranty as a new one: if it fails, we replace it, for the full term. Approved rentals on the selected machines that qualify are priced from $15 a week plus GST.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Yes: the page count. We put it in writing before you commit, and it is a truer guide to wear than age alone.
Both come from the same family. The Apeos C3570 prints 35 pages a minute, while the Apeos C4570 prints 45, so the real question is how many people will share the machine. Give us that number and we will point you to one.
Usually, yes, subject to approval, for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months. Weekly rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST; the machine is serviced throughout. Rental is not hire, so there is no short booking to arrange. Ask about this model and we will put the figures in writing for you.
