OKI's ES94 series covered five floor standing A3 colour copiers: first the ES9455, ES9465 and ES9475 MFP, later the ES9466 and ES9476. They were sold only through dealers, from 2014, and OKI's support for all five has now ended. If one is still working in your office, here is what that means and how to plan its replacement.
Maker's own photoUnlike OKI's desk top machines, these were proper floor standing copiers, each on its own paper drawers, and they reached offices only through dealers. The ES9455, ES9465 and ES9475 MFP came off sale in September 2016, and OKI Australia supported them to 30 September 2023. For the later ES9466 and ES9476 MFP, sales ran until March 2019 and support until 31 March 2026.

Each repair now depends on parts and toner still being available, so it is sensible to plan before it stops rather than after. With no A3 copier left in OKI's Australian range, the replacement will carry another badge: a new Toshiba, Kyocera or HP, or a renewed or refurbished machine from any major brand. We set out the figures in writing, and the ES94 can be collected when its replacement is installed (trade in).
We can supply a new Toshiba, Kyocera or HP A3 copier, or a renewed, refurbished or used machine of any major brand with its page count in writing. Delivery, network setup and a run through for your team are part of the price. With our service agreement in place, a machine that fails is replaced for the whole term.
Pay for it outright, or take a rental or lease once approved. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST, and when a rental ends you can upgrade or hand the machine back.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
No. OKI support ran out for the ES9455, ES9465 and ES9475 MFP on 30 September 2023. The ES9466 and ES9476 MFP followed on 31 March 2026, according to OKI Australia.
