If most of what you print is black and white, but plans or schedules sometimes need A3, a mono A3 machine is built for exactly that mix. One to consider is the Ricoh MP 4055, an A3 mono photocopier that Ricoh rates at 40 pages a minute. Secondhand, it comes renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one, and you have its page count in writing before you sign.
Maker's own photoWithin Ricoh's MP 4055 to 6055 range, the MP 4055 is the option at 40 pages a minute. Ricoh built the same family at other speeds too: MP 5055 (50) and MP 6055 (60), in pages a minute. According to Ricoh, it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 110 images a minute, has room for 1,200 sheets (or 4,700 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm. Ricoh has since brought out the IM 4000 to replace it.
MP 4055, 40 pages a minute in black and white: checked, graded and looked after by us.
As published by the maker. Each one is checked over, and you see its page count before you commit.
As a rough guide, it is sized for a workplace where fifteen to thirty people share one machine. If the business is growing, the MP 5055 gives you 50 pages a minute in the same family.
Choose a renewed MP 4055 if you want one that runs close to new, refurbished for the balance most customers pick, or used to keep the outlay down. Every unit is checked first, with the page count in writing. Pay outright, or rent, lease or finance it over a term that can reach 60 months on a younger machine. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team come with it, wherever you are on the Coast.
Bought outright without a service agreement, its warranty depends on the machine, and we tell you in writing what it is before the sale. With a service agreement, it is replaced if it fails, for the whole term. The lowest weekly rental, from $15 a week plus GST, is for selected machines, subject to approval.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Keen on the Ricoh MP 4055?
Tell us a little about your business. The reply, in writing, says if one is on hand, how many pages it has printed and what it costs. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
No. Its replacement from Ricoh is the IM 4000, so secondhand is now the way to get one, and every one we sell, we can service.
Every machine is different, so you get its exact page count in writing before you buy. That number says far more about wear than the year it was built.
It comes down to your workload. At 40 pages a minute against 50, the two suit different team sizes; send a headcount and a rough monthly page count and we will recommend the better fit.
Yes, subject to approval. Rental is one regular payment under a business agreement running for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months, and at the end you upgrade to a newer machine or hand it back. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST.
