Plenty of day to day office work is black and white A4: invoices, forms, letters and scans. Lexmark's MX622adhe fits that brief: an A4 mono MFP with an A4 speed of 47 pages a minute. Fax is built in as standard, too. Bought new from us, it comes with delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team, all in the price.
Maker's own photoOn Lexmark's specification sheet, the MX622adhe (a 2018 model) is an A4 mono MFP with an A4 speed of 47 pages a minute, a member of its MX62x series. Useful to know: it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 30 images a minute and has room for 650 sheets (or 2,300 with extra paper options). As a current model in this country, it can be ordered new.
An A4 mono MFP for Gold Coast workplaces, at 47 pages a minute, supplied new.
As published by the maker. It comes new, delivered, installed and set up for you.
It makes most sense for thirty or more people, or a print room that runs much of the day. Lexmark's guide is to keep it under 20,000 pages a month.
Buy it new and the maker's warranty applies, which on a new machine usually means 12 months on the hardware, though not on consumables. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team sit inside the price.
Outright purchase, rental, a lease or other finance all work, with anything financed subject to approval, and some businesses pay by the page under a managed print agreement. With our service agreement in place, a machine that fails is replaced for as long as the agreement runs, and weekly rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
