For colour copying, printing and scanning that never goes past A4, a compact multifunction like this one does the job. One to consider is the Kyocera ECOSYS MA2101cfx, an A4 colour MFP that Kyocera rates at 21 pages a minute. Fax is built in as standard, too. We supply it new anywhere on the Coast, and delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team are part of the price.
Maker's own photoWithin Kyocera's ECOSYS MA2101 series, the ECOSYS MA2101cfx is the option at 21 pages a minute. Kyocera made one sister model, the ECOSYS MA2101cwfx, at 21 pages a minute. From the maker's own figures, it has a scanning speed of 22 images a minute and has room for 300 sheets (or 550 with extra paper options). You can still order it new, as it remains in Kyocera's range here.

A new ECOSYS MA2101cfx from us carries Kyocera's own warranty, and delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team are covered in the price. We deliver from Ormeau and Yatala down to Coolangatta and Tweed Heads, and in the high rise towers of Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach we fit delivery around the building's lift and loading bay bookings.
Most of our customers rent: a business agreement running three to five years, with one regular payment, the machine serviced throughout, and the choice at the end to upgrade or hand it back. The lowest rental, from $15 a week plus GST, applies to selected machines; finance is subject to approval. A lease or other finance can be arranged, or you can buy outright.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
